This recombinant heterodimer protein contains Glu23-Asn140 of Uniprot ID Q16602 and Cys27-Ser117 of Uniprot ID O60894. It has a C-hFc tag and a C-mFc tag on each chain, with calculated molecular weights of 39.9 and 36.7 kDa, respectively. In SDS-PAGE, the protein migrates at 35-70 kDa due to glycosylation.
