Datasheet
DescriptionThe HIT2 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD38, a 45 kDa type II transmembrane protein. CD38 is expressed on thymocytes, peripheral B cells including plasma cells, activated T cells, and monocytes. The ligand of CD38 is CD31. CD38 mediates lymphocyte activation as well as adhesion and the metabolism of cADPR and NAADP. This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis to ensure the product quality.
