OX40 (also called TNFRSF4 or CD134) is a co-stimulator expressed on T cells. The molecular is expressed late after T cell activation, unlike CD28. The molecule plays a critical role in the maintenance of an immune response beyond the first few days. Drugs activating OX40 can augment immune response to cancers, thus OX40 is a promising cancer target. SPEED Biosystems provides the following OX40 recombinant proteins.
