This recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody is part of a collection of rabbit mAbs against druggable targets developed by direct cloning from immunized rabbit B cells without hybridoma fusion. All antibodies have been fully sequenced and extensively validated by FACS and ELISA assays. Typically, multiple clones against each target are available for customer testing. The clones are available for licensing once the druggability of the antibodies has been validated by the customer, saving tremendous development time and effort. Antibody gene libraries from antigen-positive B cells are also available for further screening if the listed antibodies do not meet the customer's needs.

This bispecific antibody is an engineered fusion protein comprised of an anti-CD3 scFv and an anti-BCMA scFv.

After 48hrs incubation, the viable NCI-H929 tumor cells were measured by luciferase activity assay.
