Tyrosine-protein kinase transmembrane receptor (ROR1) is a cell surface receptor containing 1 FZ (frizzled) domain, 1 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain, 1 kringle domain and 1 protein kinase domain. The molecule is expressed at high levels during early embryonic development but is near absent in normal adult tissues. In many types of cancers including breast cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, etc, ROR1 is highly expressed, making the molecule a promising target for treatment of various cancers. SPEED Biosystems provides the following ROR1 recombinant proteins.
