Exosomes containing target full-length multi-transmembrane protein was purified from HEK293 culture media. The target transmembrane protein was overexpressed in HEK293 cells and sorted to exosomes using a proprietary technology. Membrane protein exosomes show outstanding immunogenicity and have the membrane structure close to that of the native plasma membrane.
This specific membrane protein, the human CD24 protein (Uniprot ID: P25063), has a MW of 8.1 kDa.

ELISA plates were pre-coated with 0.5ug/well purified human CD24 exosome. Serial diluted anti-CD24 monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. Calculated from the data, EC50 is 69.61ng/ml.
