Elisa plates were pre-coated with 0.5 ug per well purified human CCR4 full length VLP. Serial diluted anti-CCR4 monoclonal antibodysolutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-CCR4 monoclonal antibody binding with CCR4 full length VLP is 856.2 ng/ml.
