Serial diluted anti-CD47 monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. Calculated from the data, EC50 for anti-CD47 monoclonal antibody binding with CD47-Nanodisc is 2.959ng/ml.
