Elisa plates were pre-coated with Flag Tag CD37-Nanodisc (0.2 ug per well ). Serial diluted anti-CD37 monoclonal antibodysolutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-CD37 monoclonal antibody binding with CD37-Nanodisc is 23.06 ng/ml.
