Elisa plates were pre-coated with Flag Tag GPR87-Nanodisc (0.2 ug/per well). Serial diluted anti-GPR87 monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-GPR87 monoclonal antibody binding with GPR87-Nanodisc is 21.83 ng/mL.
