Human GIPR-Nanodisc, Flag Tag on SDS-PAGE
Elisa plates were pre-coated with Flag Tag GIPR-Nanodisc (0.2 ug/per well). Serial diluted anti-GIPR monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-GIPR monoclonal antibody binding with GIPR-Nanodisc is 862.5 ng/mL.
