SDS-PAGE anaylsysis of CACNG1 full length protein-synthetic nanodisc
Biotinylated CACNG1 nanodisc were added into ELISA wells (0.1 ug/per well) pre-coated with streptavidin (0.1 ug/per well) plate. Serial diluted anti-Flag monoclonal antibody and secondary antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated sequencially before Elisa reading. From above data, the anti-Flag monoclonal antibody showed linear binding to Flag-tagged biotinylated CACNG1 nanodisc in the range of 1.6 - 8 ng/ml.
