1e5 of Expi 293 cell line were stained with 100 uL of 1:1000 diluted Biotinylated anti-B7-H3 antibody (DM53), Rabbit mAb (Blue histogram) or isotype control (Red histogram) respectively, washed and then stained with Streptavidin APC. The experimental samples were analyzed by flow cytometry.
