This recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody is part of a collection of rabbit mAbs against druggable targets developed by direct cloning from immunized rabbit B cells without hybridoma fusion. All antibodies have been fully sequenced and extensively validated by FACS and ELISA assays. Typically, multiple clones against each target are available for customer testing. The clones are available for licensing once the druggability of the antibodies has been validated by the customer, saving tremendous development time and effort. Antibody gene libraries from antigen-positive B cells are also available for further screening if the listed antibodies do not meet the customer's needs.

CD46 protein is highly expressed on the surface of Expi293 cell membrane. Flow cytometry analysis with Anti-CD46 (DM145) on Expi293 cells transfected with human CD46 (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram), and Isotype antibody on Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Orange histogram).
