This recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody is part of a collection of rabbit mAbs against druggable targets developed by direct cloning from immunized rabbit B cells without hybridoma fusion. All antibodies have been fully sequenced and extensively validated by FACS and ELISA assays. Typically, multiple clones against each target are available for customer testing. The clones are available for licensing once the druggability of the antibodies has been validated by the customer, saving tremendous development time and effort. Antibody gene libraries from antigen-positive B cells are also available for further screening if the listed antibodies do not meet the customer's needs.

Anti-AXL antibody at 1/1000 dilution. Lanes: Hela, whole cell lysate. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1/5000 dilution. Predicted band size: 98 kDa, observed band size: 128 kDa

Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human AXL mAb. (A) The antibody does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express AXL. (B) A clear peak shift of The antibody was seen compared to the control when incubated with AXL-expressing Hela cells, indicating strong binding of The antibody to AXL. Antibodies were incubated at 5 ug/mL.
