Flow cytometry analysis with 1 ug/mL Anti-TM4SF1 (AGX101 biosimilar) mAb on Expi293 cells transfected with Human TM4SF1 protein (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram).
ELISA plates were pre-coated with 0.5ug/per well purified human TM4SF1 full length membrane nanoparticles . Serial diluted Anti-TM4SF1 (AGX101 biosimilar) mAb solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From above data, the EC50 for Anti-TM4SF1 (AGX101 biosimilar) mAb binding with TM4SF1 MNPs is 4.174ng/ml.
ELISA plates were pre-coated with Flag Tag TM4SF1-Nanodisc . Serial diluted Anti-TM4SF1 (AGX101 biosimilar) mAb were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From above data, the EC50 for Anti-TM4SF1 (AGX101 biosimilar) mAb binding with TM4SF1-Nanodisc is 15.97ng/ml.
FACS analysis of TM4SF1 MNPs. A. TM4SF1 MNP were stained only with Goat anti-human 2nd antibody. B. Negative control MNP samples were stained with Anti-TM4SF1 (AGX101 biosimilar) mAb at 2ug/mL, followed by Goat anti-human IgG 488 secondary antibody. C. TM4SF1 MNP samples were stained with anti-CCR8 antibody (an irrelevant antibody) at 2ug/mL, followed by Goat anti-human 2nd antibody. D. TM4SF1 MNP samples were stained with Anti-TM4SF1 (AGX101 biosimilar) mAb at 2ug/mL, followed by Goat anti-human 2nd antibody.
