ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT8 at 5.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL11 (Cat. P06428QA) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL11 monoclonal antibody (KT62) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT62 and KT8 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL11 .
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL-11 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT62 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL-11 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: KT62 can detect recombinant human IL-11 by Western blotting.
