Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of stomach tissue by anti-GKN1 antibody (K40038_11H2). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded stomach tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of rat stomach tissue lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K40038_11H2 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. GKN1 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K40038_11H2 can detect GKN1 by Western blotting.
