Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of small intestine tissue by KRT8 antibody (K49028_18H4). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded small intestine tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of HeLa lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K49028_18H4 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. KRT8 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K49028_18H4 can detect KRT8 by Western blotting.
