Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of stomach tissue by HAVCR1 antibody (K49023_15A11). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded stomach tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K49023_15A11 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. HAVCR1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K49023_15A11 can detect HAVCR1 by Western blotting.
