ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K1E007_4C12 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL12B (Cat. PC-011) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL12B monoclonal antibody (K1E007_10B6) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K1E007_4C12 and K1E007_10B6 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL12B.
