Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of esophageal carcinoma tissue by KRT4 antibody (K06324_3A1). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded esophageal carcinoma tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of A-431 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K06324_3A1 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. KRT4 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K06324_3A1 can detect KRT4 by Western blotting.
