ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K29024_7A3 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. NEFH (Cat. PP-744) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human NEFH monoclonal antibody (K29024_7B7) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K29024_7A3 and K29024_7B7 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of NEFH.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of brain tissue by NEFH antibody (K29024_7A3). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded K29024_7A3 tissue.
