Mouse anti-Human EBAG9 Monoclonal Antibody (Clone K40051_4H7)

Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of brain tissue by EBAG9 antibody (K40051_4H7). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded brain tissue.

Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 2.5 ug of K40051_4H7 with T-47D lysate containing 200 ug of total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. EBAG9 (K40051_4H7) at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific) was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was KT82. Lane 1: T-47D lysate Lane 2: EBAG9 immunoprecipitated from T-47D lysate by K40051_4H7 Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but KT82 was used as IgG isotype control antibody Result: K40051_4H7 can immunoprecipitate EBAG9.

Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K40051_4H7 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. EBAG9 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of HCT116 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of T-47D lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of SK-OV-3 lysate Lane 4: 15 ug of MCF7 lysate Lane 5: 15 ug of A549 lysate Lane 6: 15 ug of Jurkat lysate Result: K40051_4H7 can detect EBAG9 by Western blotting.
