Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of placenta tissue by IGF2BP3 antibody (K24018_5F5). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded placenta tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of HeLa lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K24018_5F5 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IGF2BP3 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K24018_5F5 can detect IGF2BP3 by Western blotting.
