Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 2.5 ug of K52028_12C5 with rat skeletal muscle tissue lysate containing 200 ug of total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. Anti-ITGB1BP2 (K52028_12C5) at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Light chain specific) was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was KT82. Lane 1: Rat skeletal muscle tissue lysate Lane 2: ITGB1BP2 immunoprecipitated from rat skeletal muscle tissue lysate by K52028_12C5 Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but KT82 was used as IgG isotype control antibody Result: K52028_12C5 can immunoprecipitate ITGB1BP2.
Western Blot: 15 ug of rat skeletal muscle lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K52028_12C5 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. ITGB1BP2 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K52028_12C5 can detect ITGB1BP2 by Western blotting.
