Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K24019_8G9 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IGHMBP2 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of Jurkat lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of MCF7 lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate Lane 4: 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate Result: K24019_8G9 can detect IGHMBP2 by Western blotting.
