Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of prostate tissue by IQGAP2 antibody (K06332_16C7). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded prostate tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K06332_16C7 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IQGAP2 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K06332_16C7 can detect IQGAP2 by Western blotting.
