Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of tonsil tissue by TXNDC5 antibody (K52034_16A12). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tonsil tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K52034_16A12 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. TXNDC5 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K52034_16A12 can detect TXNDC5 by Western blotting.
