Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of testis tissue by HDAC6 antibody (K56010_15E4). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded testis tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of HeLa lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K56010_15E4 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. HDAC6 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K56010_15E4 can detect HDAC6 by Western blotting.
