Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of brain tissue by CLU antibody (K40049_13D7). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded brain tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of T-47D lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K40049_13D7 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CLU band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K40049_13D7 can detect CLU by Western blotting.
