Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of mouse liver tissue by GPI antibody (K94003_12D12). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded mouse liver tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of NIH/3T3 lysate and 15 ug of mouse brain lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K94003_12D12 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. GPI band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of NIH/3T3 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of mouse brain lysate Result: K94003_12D12 can detect GPI by Western blotting.
