Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of placenta tissue by DLL1 antibody (K06318_2G5). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded placenta tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of A549 lysate and 15 ug of rat heart tissue lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K06318_2G5 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. DLL1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of A549 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of rat heart tissue lysate Result: K06318_2G5 can detect DLL1 by Western blotting.
