Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of brain tissue by DNM1 antibody (K70033_2H4). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded brain tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate and 15 ug of brain tissue lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K70033_2H4 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. DNM1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of brain tissue lysate Result: K70033_2H4 can detect DNM1 by Western blotting.
