Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of tonsil tissue by CCL3 antibody (K24010_12E8). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tonsil tissue.
Western Blot: 25ng of recombinant human CCL3 (Cat. PP-3670) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K24010_12E8 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CCL3 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K24010_12E8 can detect CCL3 by Western blotting.
