Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of esophagus tissue by KRT13 antibody (K16228_1A2). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded esophagus tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of A-431 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K16228_1A2 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. KRT13 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K16228_1A2 can detect KRT13 by Western blotting.
