Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of mouse brain tissue by anti-Pou3f1 antibody (KT110). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT110 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (which cross reacts with rat IgG) was used as the secondary antibody. POU3F1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: KT110 can detect POU3F1 by Western blotting.
