Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human CCL28 (Cat. PP-1460) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K92041_12H5 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CCL28 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K92041_12H5 can detect CCL28 by Western blotting.
