ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K49021_14C11 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CD6 (Cat. PP-1194) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CD6 monoclonal antibody (K49021_13C3) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K49021_14C11 and K49021_13C3 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CD6 .
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of tonsil tissue by CD6 antibody (K49021_14C11). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tonsil tissue.
