Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of heart muscle tissue by PAM antibody (K49041_3E6). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded heart muscle tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of U-251MG lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K49041_3E6 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. PAM band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K49041_3E6 can detect PAM by Western blotting.
