Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of kidney tissue by MTHFD2 antibody (K70015_3A10). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded kidney tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of A-431 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K70015_3A10 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. MTHFD2 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K70015_3A10 can detect MTHFD2 by Western blotting.
