Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human RSPO1 (Cat. PP-1202) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K52018_2H1 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. RSPO1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K52018_2H1 can detect RSPO1 by Western blotting.
