Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of colon tissue by anti-SMC3 antibody (KT75). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded colon tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of mouse testis tissue lysate and 15 ug of NIH/3T3 lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT75 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. SMC3 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of mouse testis tissue lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of NIH/3T3 lysate Result: KT75 can detect SMC3 by Western blotting.
