Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of testis tissue by TRIM17 antibody (K49037_18F4). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded testis tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of HeLa lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K49037_18F4 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. TRIM17 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K49037_18F4 can detect TRIM17 by Western blotting.
