Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of prostate tissue by VCP antibody (K49025_14G8). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded prostate tissue.
Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K49025_14G8 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. VCP band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of LNCaP clone FGC lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of PC-3 lysate Result: K49025_14G8 can detect VCP by Western blotting.
