ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT19 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. GH1 (Cat. PP-11277) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human GH1 monoclonal antibody (KT34) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT19 and KT34 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of GH1 .
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of placenta tissue by GH1 antibody (KT19). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded placenta tissue.
