ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT148 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. FTH1 (Cat. P00103PA) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human FTH1 monoclonal antibody (KT147) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT148 and KT147 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of FTH1 .
