Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of liver tissue by MMAB antibody (K16281_8D5). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded liver tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of A549 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K16281_8D5 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. MMAB band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K16281_8D5 can detect MMAB by Western blotting.
