ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT56 at 5.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CTLA4 (Cat. P00260PB) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CTLA4 monoclonal antibody (KT50) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT56 and KT50 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CTLA4 .
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human CTLA4 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT56 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CTLA4 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: KT56 can detect recombinant human CTLA4 by Western blotting.
