Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of kidney tissue by FGG antibody (K24024_20D12). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded kidney tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K24024_20D12 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. FGG band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K24024_20D12 can detect FGG by Western blotting.
